Starting Our 30th Season!
Thank you for choosing Stagelite Centre as your child's dance studio and welcome to the Stagelite family of dancers. We are currently entering our 30th year as one of the premier dance studios in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
As your child begins to study dance, they will learn in a relaxed and loving environment. The earliest classes will teach the fundamentals of ballet and tap which will become the foundation for further dance study.
If your child is continuing in dance, we offer a variety of classes that will encourage dance excellence.
We offer classes in tap, ballet, lyrical, Pointe, jazz, acro, hip-hop, musical theatre, Mommy & Me, and Pre school classes for 3 and 4 year olds.
Stagelite is affiliated with two child management agencies through which many of our gifted students have appeared in television commercials and Broadway shows. We are also affiliated with Revolution Tap.
We would like welcome two new teachers to Stagelite this year. Ali Rosenstein, who graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in dance. Ali is our intermediate and advanced tap teacher. Genevieve Bohn, is our new ballet teacher who teacher Vagonova (Russian style of ballet), twice a week. Every august, Miss Genevieve teaches the summer ballet program, at the Paris Opera Ballet, Paris, France. Check out their bios on the Teacher page.
